Are Packages Discreet?

Yes, we know that discretion is very important. Packages come in an unmarked package with only your name on it with no indication of the package contents.

How much is the shipping?

We offer flat rate worldwide shipping for all retail orders.

• $2.99 for orders under 50$
• Free for orders over 50$

 What countries do you ship to?

We ship our products worldwide. Please be aware that depending on your country’s regulations, international orders may be subject to additional duties and fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. In rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

When will my order ship?

Our products usually ship within 2-4 business days after ordering! Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with a tracking number.  

What are the estimated delivery times on my order?

For orders from United States, Australia, Canada, France, United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Italy, Japan, Korea (South), Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland,  Portugal, Russian Federation, Sweden, and Singapore, estimated delivery time is 2 to 8 weeks, covid has made delivery times unpredictable. .

How do I change something on my order?

How can I track my orders?

After your order has been shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with the tracking number. You can utilize our easy integrated tracking system on our website  https://pridenation.lgbt/pages/track-order-status. Just enter your tracking number & voila, you will get updates of your package. You can also use newgistics.com

You can also track your package with your country's post office tracking system (if available). You can also contact us at support@pridenation.lgbt with any shipping questions.

 Will my items be delivered together in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

How can I change the shipping address when I accidentally entered wrong shipping details?

Customers can change their order details before the order has been processed (ideally within 24 hours after the order was placed). Please contact us at support@pridenation.lgbt if you need to do so. If you enter the wrong address and the item was shipped, there will be a fee to resend, 5$ for 3x5 and 2x3 size flags, 10$ for 4x6, and 15$ for 5x8, USD. When items are returned to sender we will only refund 50% if you don't want another item since the items never make their way back to us. Please ensure your address is correct.

Return Policy

We will gladly replace any damaged item due to shipping. You can exchange for the same product you have purchased within 14 days of delivery. Please contact our customer support team for additional assistance. Please include a photo of your damaged item so we can assist you quicker. 

How long does it take to process my refund?

After we receive your request and determined that you are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 48 hours. It will take 5-10 days for the refund amount to appear on your original payment method.

How old do I have to be to order?

 You have to be 18 years or older to order unless you have your parents permission. Occasionally we get kids as young as 11 wanting to purchase. Also, we will occasionally get a mid teenagers order, we send the package and then a week or so later we get an email asking for a refund because their parents don't approve. We can refund but you have to return the item and pay postage.
